Custom prefab building elements, made by robots
Smart building and infrastructure components built with a fully digital workflow, from digital design to robotic production. Faster, more affordable and more sustainable custom work.
Neolithic Robotic develops next-generation prefab solutions using robotics and a fully digital workflow. This allows us to design objects fully to measure in special mortars and produce them quickly and cost-efficiently.
This is how we deliver sustainable, efficient and smart solutions for construction, infrastructure and infra-nature. With parametric design, industrial robots and sustainable mortars we are building a new standard: faster, scalable, perfectly tailored and with less material.
A New Stone Age Powered by Robotics and Digitalisation
The name Neolithic comes from the Greek néos, new, and líthos, stone. Literally: the New Stone Age. Just as people then learned to build with stone, we now use digital production, special mortars and robots to build a new era for stone.

The next step for construction
Neolithic Robotic was founded in 2022 with one clear vision: robotics and digitalisation accelerate construction and infrastructure and make custom work affordable. Other industries have worked this way for years. The same opportunities now exist for construction.
As skilled workers become scarcer, our digital production chain offers a future-proof alternative. We combine parametric design, digital production and robotics into solutions that fit the place and the function exactly. From technical prefab elements to nature-inclusive designs: solutions ready for the world of tomorrow.
Construction faces new challenges
Custom work takes time
Making moulds takes weeks and small series are hard to make profitable. As a result, standard products are often the default choice today.
Scarcity of skilled workers
Qualified construction workers are increasingly scarce, which makes manual prefab work harder to organise.
New challenges
Climate adaptation, biodiversity and water management call for innovative solutions tailored to each location.
Big challenges call for new solutions
Sustainability weighs more heavily in tenders and the challenges in water, dikes and sewers are huge. That is exactly where Neolithic Robotic delivers.

In EMVI (most economically advantageous) tenders, the lowest price does not automatically win: quality and sustainability count too, for example through a low MKI. Solutions that use less material give bidders an edge.

The European Water Framework Directive requires the Netherlands to bring its surface and groundwater to good chemical and ecological status by 2027. Water managers are therefore looking for measures that restore habitat for plants and animals, such as vishotels.

Through the national Flood Protection Programme, hundreds of kilometres of dikes will be reinforced in the coming decades to meet new flood safety standards. Every section requires custom solutions, including stairs and access.

Much of the Dutch sewer system was built after the Second World War and is nearing the end of its service life. Municipalities face a major replacement task in the coming years, often combined with climate adaptation.
